Ashley has very deep experience and knowledge in the space. She is always on top of the latest development and is well connected with the college admissions community. This has enable her to provide helpful insight and wise advice to us. Ashley has a very kind heart and caring spirit. She deeply cares about the well beings of her students and want to develop her students holistically. She also cares about us as parents. Whenever we have any concerns, she always patiently listen first and then share her wisdom and perspectives which always comfort and encourages us. Both Marisa and I feel we have more than a college counselor but more of a friend we can always go to for questions, advice and wisdom.

Kimberly is extremely nice to work with. The kindness in her heart and her caring for her students is evident in our every interaction with her. She is just so pleasant and easy to talk to and to share our thoughts. Essay editing can be a challenging process because each students have their different background/personality and different ways of taking advice. Kimberly really took the time to understand more who Samuel is and very thoughtfully guided Samuel to write essay to reflect who he is to demonstrated his unique strength. Kimberly is always very proactive. Whenever we call her for some quick questions, she will always say ‘let me look at the other things that we might be missing here,’ and she will always go out of her ways to make sure if there is anything more that she and KD team can help out—a true spirit of serving!

Additionally, I also want to mention that the whole ‘KD System’ is a very well ran system. Not only everyone is friendly and courteous, I feel every team member is very well trained and have the tool in place to enable them to do their jobs. The follow up system is very strong, and the IT capability is robust. And I can clearly see every members are very well connected with each other in a very positive way. Kudos to both of you to build such a great organization!
