Dan Motter
“My life has been full of terrible misfortunes, most of which never happened.” – Michel de Montaigne
Dan Motter is from State College, Pennsylvania—home of Penn State University’s main campus known as University Park. He’s a proud graduate of Penn State and spent more than 10 years in the hospitality and restaurant industry serving as front of house and then kitchen manager at a popular national seafood chain.
Dan joined the KD College Prep team in 2017 as a campus advisor, where he spent much of his time assisting our students and their families. His keen eye for process and problem-solving skills led to a leadership role during KD’s addition of online programming for students across the country.
Dan thrives on finding ways to make our operations more efficient and effective, including the challenging puzzle of fitting all KD’s teacher availabilities to our robust class schedule.
