Essay editing can be a challenging process because each students have their different background/personality and different ways of taking advice. Kimberly really took the time to understand more who Samuel is and very thoughtfully guided Samuel to write essay to reflect who he is to demonstrated his unique strength. Kimberly is always very proactive. Whenever we call her for some quick questions, she will always say ‘let me look at the other things that we might be missing here,’ and she will always go out of her ways to make sure if there is anything more that she and KD team can help out—a true spirit of serving!

Additionally, I also want to mention that the whole ‘KD System’ is a very well ran system. Not only everyone is friendly and courteous, I feel every team member is very well trained and have the tool in place to enable them to do their jobs. The follow up system is very strong, and the IT capability is robust. And I can clearly see every members are very well connected with each other in a very positive way.
